Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience at GoGo Mall, from shopping, transacting, to receiving your parcels. As such, GoGo Mall offers a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee policy specially for our shoppers!

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Purchased product(s) deemed unsatisfactory must be returned within seven (7) days upon the receipt of shipment.

The returned product(s) must fulfilled all the conditions stated below:

  1. The product is brand new and is in a sellable condition. To determine if the product is brand new, the product must not be used, worn, washed, damaged, consumed, unsealed, and untagged.
  2. The product is in its original packaging.
  3. Sale items are strictly non-refundable.
  4. If the returned product(s) is purchased under a bundle promotion, please return the full bundle.

Refund and returns will only be made if all conditions of the returned products are duly met.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS

Reach out to our friendly customer service officer at ContactUs@GoGoMall.sg so that we can obtain the necessary information from you.

Our friendly customer service officer will proceed to arrange for pickup of the returned items should all the conditions of the returned product(s) are met. Please note that the pickup service will incur an S$8 courier fee for the delivery of the returned product(s).

Alternatively, after speaking to our friendly customer service officer, you may arrange for your own traceable mailing options or delivery services to send the returned product(s) back to GoGo Mall’s office at:

GoGo Mall strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

GoGo Mall reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your returned product(s) have not reached our warehouse.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package.

For cash payment, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

Refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the bank account holder name is the same as the billing contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for GoGo Mall to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information.

GoGo Mall reserves the rights to change the Refund Policy without prior notice.
